Tasting note

This wine is like your best pair of shoes, comfy and they go with everything. Dark red in color, with aromas of blueberry, mint and red bell pepper, the cabernet sauvignon opens with flavors of cherry, plum and blueberry, finishing just slightly sweet. Though it's fruit-forward, tones of vanilla, sage and cola round it to a smooth, clean finish. Structure and tannins show restrained oak. Very versatile.
