My cellar
Tasting note
Aromas of red cherry fruit, plum, earth, and forest notes. Rich and fruity with excellent acidity that keeps this superbly fresh and lively, and well-integrated oak. This generously flavoured wine could reward 2+ years in your cellar, but it will be a great addition to a meal featuring herb-crusted veal tenderloin. (VINTAGES panel, Aug. 2014)
Excellent balance between the acidity and smooth and supple tannins, the intense aromas of dried cherries and red currants are followed by subtle notes of vanilla and cola. Impressive and refreshing, this fruity Pinot Noir is extremely versatile on the patio or at the table. FOOD PAIRING: Serve with anything and everything, including pork, chicken, lamb and salmon.
