Tasting note

A blend of sauvignon blanc and assyrtiko, this is a lovely refreshing white just calling to be sipped on its own or paired with seafood, pork, poultry, shellfish ... just about everything but red meat. It shows vibrant fruit with plenty of complexity and lively sweetness with a balancing hint of bitterness. The acidity is robust and exuberant, but contained by the fruit. This dry greenish yellow coloured wine features medium floral, fruity and vegetal scents and offers a broad texture.
