Tasting note
Clean, crisp, unoaked Chenin Blanc with aromas of orange marmalade, nectarine, ripe red apple and mineral. Quite dry with an intense (but still very dry) fruitiness coming through on the mid palate. Classic Chenin acidity gives it very good balance. Match this medium-bodied and medium-finishing wine with grilled prawns. (Vintages panel, May 2012)
