Tasting note
Woodsy notions of forest, earth, cherry compote and dark plum give way to a bright, tangy wine sporting plenty of sour cherry fruit and a gently savoury, herb-spiced finish. A good match for grilled eggplant, garlic and mushrooms with a sprig of rosemary. (VINTAGES panel, March 2014)
