Tasting note

If you like Beaujolais, this is one you'll want to come back to again and again. It features fresh strawberry, dark cherry and floral flavours. Chill for 20 minutes and enjoy with grilled salmon, churrasco chicken or Spanish tapas.

This dry and purplish red coloured red showcases a simple nose releasing floral and fruity scents. You will be charmed with this light-bodied wine revealing a broad texture, smooth tannins and a short finish.

Dry, medium bodied, and easy to drink with fresh acidity and a fruit-filled finish. Serve cool. The perfect foil to charcuterie and rich pates. Also delicious with salmon and vegetarian dishes.

The palate is smooth with complexity provided by clove, orange zest and mineral notes all supporting the delicious blackberry, blueberry and plum favours.
