Tasting note
Beautifully aromatic with notes of red roses, raspberry, strawberry and red apple. Fresh, vibrant and mouthfilling with great precision and poise. Mouthwatering and zesty with great replays. Tangy, balanced and lively, long and lovely. A great food wine period, not just a great rosé. Perfect for barbecue fare right across the board. (VINTAGES panel, May 2015)
Under the strawberry pink colour, the medium and simple nose evokes spicy and fruity notes. On the palate, it offers a broad mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish. Enjoy this dry, medium-bodied and fruity rosé featuring light acidity.
The bouquet is packed with fruits of the forest (red berries, strawberries, raspberries) that rest on a discreet depth of mineral. This fruity, mineral character comes through again in the mouth with a hint of spice, resulting in a pleasant fullness. Elegant and refined finish. A rose with character, ideal as an aperitif or as a versatile option for many dishes.
Featured in TASTE Magazine, Winter 2012 issue. This is a dry rosé with very fresh aromas of strawberries and rhubarb, sweet spice and a vibrant grapefruit and orange peel core. There is a touch of sweetness on the entry that is balanced by bright acidity. It offers tart, red fruit flavours and has sufficient weight to pair with any appetizer.
