Tasting note
Clear ruby red colour: cherry, cloves leather & cedar on the nose; ripe cherry flavour balanced by tart acidity; slightly spicy, long finish
This dry cherry-red coloured wine features medium spicy, floral and fruity scents and offers a broad texture as well as smooth tannins.
Bright ruby red with violet tinged edges. The bouquet reveals fresh cherries on the nose. On the palate, flavours are predominantly ripe cherries withhints of plums and sweet spices, such as cinnamon and cloves.
Medium intensity cherry red with edges still youthful. Intense cherry aromas on the nose, very inviting and attractive combined with hints of violets. Instantly noticeable freshness on the palate, with good supporting acidity and excellent balance marked by soft and silky tannins. The biggest fruit component is cherries sweetened with touches of vanilla.
As featured in Taste Magazine, Spring 2013. Made in the historical heart of the Valpolicella region, this wine is a blend of three indigenous Italian grapes, namely Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Freshness on the palate, with good supporting acidity and excellent balance marked by soft and silky tannins. Dry and refreshing, this mild wine makes a great pairing with rich dishes.
