Blended from 90 percent Syrah with a dollop of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Syrah, this wonderful blend results in a well-structured, full-bodied wine. The deep purple colour reveals a rich mixture of inky, black fruit flavours with additional hints of vanilla and spice. The juicy finish divulges smooth yet firm tannins ready to drink now or over the next few years. FOOD PAIRING: The intensity partners well with peppered red meats, sausage, stews or barbecued steaks and ribs.
