Tasting note

This was cold fermented in stainless steel before being aged in old and new oak barrel. This gives the nose an interesting mineral base that supports notes of oak, apple, and lime. Smooth and full-bodied, the apple and minerality carries through to the taste. The wine then snaps to a lemony finish. Drink this with roasted pork tenderloin and baked apple.
