Tasting note
At the full end of McLaren Vale cabernet flavour, with cassis and chocolate interwoven with soft tannins and balanced oak. A come hither style that doesn't need introspection or deconstruction. Drink by: 2023. Score - 91. (James Halliday, winecompanion.com.au, July 27, 2015)
Dense purple, masses of blueberries, cassis and leather with intense aromas of coffee and mocha. Spicy lifted and pure, 2010 vintage has a 20% amarone component which adds juicy savoury tannins, richness and elongated length. Moussaka- Traditional Vegetarian Eggplant Lasagna.
