Tasting note

Carmenère is the primary red grape of Chile. Montes is one of the most important and influential producers in Chile. There's not much more to say - unless, of course, you want to talk about the great value to be found in this creamy textured, concentrated and elegant wine with its complex blackberry, vanilla, walnut, plum and coffee tones. If you want to talk about that, then yes, there is soooooo much more to say. To summarize: this is a great wine at a great value from a great producer. Try it with lamb, or pork ribs.
