Tasting note

Deep opaque ruby; aromas of black cherry, blackberry, smoke, vanilla and pepper; on the palate it is dry and full bodied, with flavours of rip berry fruit, vanilla, spice and cedar.

This dry purplish red coloured wine features intense woody, empyreumatic, spicy, floral, fruity and vegetal scents and offers a broad texture as well as firm tannins.

Beautiful and intense ruby red colour combined with very elegant aromas; notes of chocolate, cigar box, vanilla and butterscotch while on the mouth it shows wild blueberry and blackberry flavours. A medium- to full-bodied wine. On the palate it is ample, soft and generous, with intensity of Cabernet Sauvignon and the softness of Carmenere accompanied by a subtle spiciness and a long aftertaste. Highly recommended with Mongolian beef, pork ribs, spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, pizza, lamb stew and mushroom risotto.

This medium-to-full bodied blend is a beautiful ruby red. It has elegant notes of chocolate, cigar box, coffee, vanilla and butterscotch and shows wild blueberries and blackberries. The palate is ample, soft and generous, with the subtle spiciness typical of the Carménère variety. Try with Mongolian beef, pork ribs, spaghetti with bolonese sauce, pizza or lamb stew.
