Tasting note
The team at Palliser Estate intend Pencarrow wines to be approachable and fruit-driven. This Pinot Noir hits the mark: attractive (and quite intense) aromatics of mesquite smoke, dark cherry and plum introducing an effortlessly elegant wine with lots of ripe fruit and a smoky, satisfying finish.
