Tasting note

This has depth. You can taste the white chalky rocks that anchor the fruit - a beautiful range of citrus that goes from lemon to grapefruit. Like all well-done Sancerre, this manages to combine texture and a brilliant acidity. One of the better Sancerres from Jolivet that I have tasted. Score - 4 Stars (out of 5).
