Tasting note

Medium-deep ruby colour. Aromas suggest plum, cherry, potpourri, sweet red peppers and smoke. Layered flavours on the medium-full-bodied palate, with good intensity, and finishing in a flourish of smoky red pepper. Pair with Ontario red bell peppers stuffed with cabbage and mushrooms.
