[The] 2007 [is] in ultra-ripe, full-throttle-fruit mode. Higher alcohol (15.6% alc.) and rounder than [the] '06. Dense and concentrated styling for robust food. Score - 3 1/2 Stars (out of 5). (Meryl Weaver, Platter's South African Wine Guide, 2010)
This dry, full-bodied and woody red displays a simple and medium nose. On the palate, its refreshing acidity, fleshy tannins, and full-bodied texture precede a medium finish.
