Tasting note

Russian River Valley is among the world's finest areas outside Burgundy for growing Pinot Noir. This wine is intense, with plum, cherry, beet, smoke and spice flavours. Pair with thick grilled pork chops, rotisserie chicken or grilled tuna steaks.

Under the orangey red colour, the nose is medium and complex. Enjoy this dry, medium-bodied and fruity red featuring refreshing acidity. On the palate, it showcases smooth tannins and a broad mouthfeel that leads into a long finish.

Soft and silky, with intriguing floral and crushed pomegranate aromas, this medium bodied wine was aged for nine months in small, French oak barrels which added a hint of toasty vanilla and spice complexity. Ideal for current enjoyment, this Pinot Noir will age nicely over the next two to four years.
