Tasting note

From the lone Burgundian AC permitted to be planted with, and to produce, Sauvignon Blanc. This example, which needs some time to air after opening to bring it out fully, has a great Chablis-like quality in its minerality. Crisp with plenty of acidity, this is juicy and offers green apple, lemon, gooseberry, and fresh hay notes. Enjoy this with grilled white fish with a lemon-dill sauce. (VINTAGES panel, Nov. 2013)
