Tasting note

Ruby red with garnet rim; complex aromas of ripe cherry, black raspberry, chocolate and oak; dry and medium-bodied; cherry, plum and sweet vanilla oak flavours with a slightly tannic finish

Under the purplish red colour, the nose is medium and simple. Enjoy this dry, medium-bodied and woody red featuring refreshing acidity. On the palate, it showcases smooth tannins and a broad mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish.

Deep ruby colour with a hint of ochre. Rich complex Mediterranean aromas with exuberant notes of spices and blackberries. Velvety tannins are noted on the palate with elegant flavours of liquorice and small dark forest fruits (blueberries and blackcurrants).

Aaged for 6 months in a mix of American and French oaks. Picota cherry red. Roasting notes with ripe black fruits and conserves. Smooth attack with rounded tannins on a base of strawberry and blackberry jam. Perfect with stews, game, meat paellas and traditional mountain cuisine.
