Tasting note
Collavini was founded by patriarch Eugenio back in 1896. They are one of the northern Italian producers who have shown great success with Sauvignon Blanc. This engaging Savvy has fresh aromas and flavours of citrus, passion fruit, camomile, mango and fruit punch. A medium-bodied white with lovely intensity and length. Will pair well with marinated grilled calamari, or penne with chicken and asparagus. (VINTAGES panel, July 2010)
