Tasting note
This dry, medium-bodied and woody red displays a complex and medium nose. On the palate, its refreshing acidity, fleshy tannins, and broad texture precede a long finish.
Featured in TASTE Magazine, Winter 2012 issue. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc make up this blend from the south Okanagan. A dusty, earthy note accents the ripeness of sweet black fruit on the nose. The palate is full, soft and round with enough acidity to give a juicy, mouth-watering character and sweet tannins give texture on the finish. Beef or lamb would be my choice for a dinner match.
