Tasting note
A bigger and broader style of Pinot, with impressive violet floral notes atop raspberry, beetroot, cherry and oak tones. Great concentration of red fruit and a firm tannic structure. Well-made and impressive from beginning to end. (VINTAGES panel, July 2015)
This Pinot Noir shows bright red fruit, fresh acidity and supple tannins. Aromas of black cherries and mild essence of oak precede a rich palate of strawberry and cherry with a luscious, creamy mouth feel leading to an amazing lingering finish.
Aromas of black cherries and mild essence of oak. Palate of strawberry and cherry, followed by luscious, rich, creamy mouth feel lending to a long, full finish. Cinnamon crusted pan seared duck breast with pinot noir cherry sauce. Absolutely delicious!
