Ce pinot noir plutôt robuste et ample livre des parfums de framboise, de betterave, de cerise et de chêne relevés d'impressionnantes notes de violette. Les saveurs concentrées de fruits rouges sont soutenues par une structure tannique ferme. Un vin bien fait impressionnant de l'attaque à la finale. (Comité VINTAGES, juillet 2015)

This Pinot Noir shows bright red fruit, fresh acidity and supple tannins. Aromas of black cherries and mild essence of oak precede a rich palate of strawberry and cherry with a luscious, creamy mouth feel leading to an amazing lingering finish.
Aromas of black cherries and mild essence of oak. Palate of strawberry and cherry, followed by luscious, rich, creamy mouth feel lending to a long, full finish. Cinnamon crusted pan seared duck breast with pinot noir cherry sauce. Absolutely delicious!
