Tasting note

Strewn are among the best when it comes to Icewine, and this 2013 Vidal is another winner. It is bursting with apricot and tropical cantaloupe notes with a nice honey tone. Bright acidity keeps the sweetness in check and keeps it from coming across as cloying. Enjoy with fruit-based desserts or as a contrast to a selection of blue cheeses. (Vintages panel, April 2016)
