Tasting note

This dry greenish yellow coloured wine features medium fruity and vegetal scents and offers a broad texture.

This is a dry Kosher (Mevushal) Sauvignon Blanc. In the cellars, the whole process is supervised by Rabbi Shoshan Gori following the standards of the Orthodox Union. A very fast Pasteurization is the method that we use to make the wine Mevushal avoiding simmering of the juice and the resulting loss of flavours and aromas. Our Terra Vega Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of citrus and melon with floral hints.
