Robe de teinte jaune-vert plutôt profond. Nez qui s'ouvre sur des notes fruitées et végétales. À cela s'ajoutent de subtiles notes florales. Découvrez ce blanc sec démontrant une acidité rafraîchissante. À cela s'ajoutent des saveurs de craie. Il révèle une texture ample qui précède une finale assez persistante.

This is a dry Kosher (Mevushal) Sauvignon Blanc. In the cellars, the whole process is supervised by Rabbi Shoshan Gori following the standards of the Orthodox Union. A very fast Pasteurization is the method that we use to make the wine Mevushal avoiding simmering of the juice and the resulting loss of flavours and aromas. Our Terra Vega Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of citrus and melon with floral hints.
