Tasting note
Bright pale lemon colour; aromas of citrus, apple, apricot, beeswax and spice; dry, with medium acidity and medium body; flavours of citrus, apple, pear and tropical fruits, with nutty and toasty notes; the finish is crisp, with lingering fruity notes.
Flavours of fruit blossoms, spices and almonds, then long aftertaste with subtle wood flavours.
Complex flavours of fruit blossom, dried fruit and spice. Rich creamy texture with some minerality and elegant oak nuances. Balanced natural acidity with concentrated flavours that lingers on the palate.
As featured in Taste Magazine, Spring 2013. A blend of Viognier, Chenin Blanc and Grenache Blanc, this white shows aromas and flavours of fruit blossom, dried fruit and spice. It has a rich, creamy texture with some minerality and elegant oak nuances. It is balanced by natural acidity and concentrated white fruit flavours that linger on the palate.
