Tasting note

This dry and cherry-red coloured red showcases a complex nose releasing animal, spicy and fruity scents. You will be charmed with this medium-bodied wine revealing a broad texture, smooth tannins and a medium finish.

The nose opens up with aromas of ripe plums, black pepper, nutmeg, rosemary with a hint of bay leaf, sage and ripe cherries. The palate reveals black truffle and a marked tanginess, tannins with mineral notes and an acidic backbone that overrides the alcohol content, a hint of cinnamon and plush tannins that fully embrace the mouth. The tannins are richly textured, sweet, velvety and silken. Fine, lingering finish.
