Deep purple black color with an intriguing bouquet of toasty oak, sweet baking spice, vanilla extract, black currant, blue plum and smoked herbs. This medium to full-bodied Red has good structure and mouth-feel, moderate to firm tannins, balancing acidity, and rich, ripe fruit-forward flavors of black currant, black cherry and blackberry, accented by sweet spice, oak, dark chocolate and anise.
