Tasting note
Mocha and dark chocolate on the nose gives way to fleshy black plums on the palate of this Italian red wine. Full-bodied and smooth and delicious. This wine previously won a Gold Medal at the Sélections Mondiales des Vins in Montreal. Try with hamburgers and all the fixins. Pair with: hamburger. Drink: 2013-2018. Score - 92. Under the cherry-red colour, the nose is intense and complex. Enjoy this dry, full-bodied and woody red featuring refreshing acidity. On the palate, it showcases fleshy tannins and a broad mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish.
