Tasting note
This is a very bright, typical and clean icewine with gently lifted aromas of strawberry/cherry jam, herbs and a hint of vanilla. It's very sweet but backed by fine acidity and dusty, slightly green tannin. Excellent length. Lots of vitality, which I prize most in red icewine. Tasted November 2014. Score - 91. On the nose are strawberry and mineral notes. In the mouth are flavours of sweet strawberry jam and honey. Excellent length.
