Tasting note
Quite a complex nose, with cherry cola, vanilla, smoke, briar and bumbleberry jam notes. Solid and hefty, but so balanced and well made that it owns a distinct elegance that nudges it toward the easy-to-drink end of the Zinfandel scale. Tarry, spicy and smoky, this just begs for pulled pork sandwiches or spiced ribs. Just delicious. (VINTAGES panel, March 2016)
Big, bold aromas of spice and mocha fill your nose, while intense flavors of plum and chocolate, rich tannins and vanilla mocha notes rock your palate. Brazin is a not a wine to be rushed – don’t be afraid to savour its long, lingering finish. Be Brazin with your meals and serve with saucy ribs, a juicy pepper steak, pasta with spicy red sauce or pizza with the works!
Brazin is big and bold, offering aromas of rich black fruit and mocha that mingle with hints of spice and soft vanilla. It's balanced acidity and lingering tannins add complexity, concentration and depth.
