Robe claire, de couleur ambre d'intensité moyenne. Arômes de caramel au beurre, de malt torréfié, d'herbes et de fruits doux, avec de petites notes de whisky. Riche et crémeuse, avec des saveurs de caramel, de caramel au beurre, de vanille et de malt. Équilibrée et souple en fin de bouche. Tel un fin whisky, sans la force alcoolique de celui-ci.

Using oak to age beer is unheard of but the flavours imparted by the oak barrels, previously used to mature bourbon, lend an incredible depth of taste. Think vanilla, toffee and orange aromas, with a malty, lightly oaked palate; soothing and warm in the finish.
