Robe d'un marron ambré. Notes de pomme au four, de poire et d'agrumes. De caractère demi-sec avec des saveurs de noix et de fruits séchés.

An aged wine with well-integrated honey, apricot, walnut and ginger scents. Slightly earthy, with a smooth, off-dry and soft palate.
Sask Liquor
Pale straw in colour. Assertive, yeasty, crusty-bread nose. Clean and tangy with a refreshing finish and a softness which makes it elightfully easy to drink. Perfect as a chilled aperitif, accompanied by “ tapas” of olives, shellfish, ham, cheese, fish, snacks or sushi. It is one of the rare wines which will happily partner dishes containing vinegar.
