Robe dorée éclatante. Nez aux arômes résineux d'abricot relevés de fleurs d'oranger. Crémeux et soyeux en bouche, avec des notes de miel et de pourriture noble énergisées par une acidité ferme. While crafting Nightingale can be an exacting and intense process, the memories that come from working with Myron and Alice make it consistently inspiring. The intensity of flavors that come from this wine are different each year, and it never ceases to amaze me how beautifully science and art can come together in this process. I get aromas of candied pineapple and fig, and flavors of honeydew, butterscotch and graham cracker.
