Vin à la robe rubis profond. Nez exhalant des effluves de cerise et d'herbes aromatiques. Laissez-vous charmer par ce rouge sec manifestant une agréable fraîcheur et pourvu de tannins étoffés. Le tout est également agrémenté par des saveurs de mûre, de cèdre, d'amande et de chêne. Révélant une texture ample, il perdure dans une longue finale.

Nipozzano Vecchie Viti boasts a ruby red colour, luminous and brilliant. The nose opens with very ripe fruits: cherry, strawberry and raspberry are prominent. Sweet scents of cotton candy and wile rose and notes of walnut and walnut husks. Spicy notes follow such as cloves, star anise; the finish is minerally. The palate is persisitent and fresh, very smooth. Serving Suggestions: Pairs well with classic dishes such as ribolita, a dense Tuscan soup, pappardelle with wild boar ragu, and cannelloni stuffed with meat and bechamel sauce. Excellent with roasted or grilled red meats.
