Bouquet riche et fumé aux arômes de prune, de cerise et de bleuet, avec des tonalités terreuses. La bouche opulente et robuste présente une structure, une complexité et une profondeur de toute beauté. L'ensemble fruité et relevé est doté de notes boisées bien intégrées. A deep ruby red with aromas of red fruit, spices and liquorice, backed by a lovely structure and softened tannins. Pairs well with Roast veal or poultry, stews, black pudding, ewe’ s and goat’ s cheese.

Featured in TASTE Magazine, Winter 2012 issue. This wine from one of the best villages of the CÔtes du RhÔne is made from 40-year-old vines. Grenache gives bright, fresh, dark red fruit, Syrah gives darker colour, black fruit and spice while Mourvèdre adds depth and length to the palate. Silky with lovely freshness, there is a hint of anise mixed in with the red and black fruit.
