Note de dégustation

Les sélections de vendange tardive ne sont pas aussi sucrées que les vins de glace, elles sont donc plus légères. Le vin que voici révèle d'éclatants arômes de poire mûre, de prune jaune et de miel relevés de notes cireuses. Les saveurs mi-corsées et demi-douces sont soutenues par une acidité éclatante et fascinante. Excellente allonge. Note - 90. (David Lawrason, winealign.com, 25 févr. 2017)

On the nose, classic Bartlett pear and lemon meringue aromas emerge over top notes of candied orange peel, golden raisins and allspice. The palate is sweet and full in body yet not cloying, echoing in flavor the aromas of the nose along with notes of black tea, honeycomb and brown sugar. Crisply structured throughout, the wine’s brilliant acidity provides a clean, elegant finish reminiscent of orange marmalade and crème brûlée.
