Robe arborant une couleur rouge violacé opaque. Nez puissant d'où émanent des arômes de fruits noirs mûrs, d'épices, de noix de coco, de pâtisserie, de fumée, d'eucalyptus, de violette et de mûre. Découvrez ce rouge montrant une faible acidité et doté de tannins enrobés. En rétro olfaction, il s'affirme par des flaveurs de confiture de petits fruits noirs et de calcaire. Sa bouche grasse précède une finale persistante.

Coyam is a intense violet plum red in color with a nose that expresses aromas of ripe red fruits, plums, berries, and black fruits that meld elegantly with notes of spice, earth, and a touch of sweet vanilla. Well balanced and big bodies on the palate, with good structure and soft, round tannis.
Deep cherry-red in color with intense aromas of red fruits such as cassis and raspberries with a spicy touch of black pepper and rosemary, a light floral note of violet, and a bit of vanilla. The palate is elegant and full of character with firm yet soft and silky tannins and a fruity finish that recalls fresh black plums. Big-bodied red wines like this one, should be accompanied by full flavored dishes such as: Wagyu Rib-eye with potatoes au gratin, Baby Goat Ribs roasted in an adobe oven or Spit-Roasted Lamb.
From the Colchagua Valley. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Carmènére, and Petite Verdot. An inviting nose of wood smoke, game, earth notes, blueberry and blackberry. A ripe, plush, tasty wine that will unwind for another 1-2 years but can be approached now. Rated 90 points by Wine Advocate, this big-bodied red should accompany full-flavoured dishes and red meats roasted or grilled.
