Robe d'un pourpre foncé. Arômes d'épices, de chêne et de cigare. Bouche corsée aux nuances de cerise noire et d'épices. Finale tannique.

Vin arborant une couleur rouge violacé sombre. Nez exubérant dégageant des parfums de cassis, de vanille, de réglisse et de graphite. Le tout est complété par des parfums d'eucalyptus, de torréfaction et de fraise. Laissez-vous charmer par ce rouge possédant une agréable fraîcheur et pourvu de tannins enrobés. Fidèle aux arômes perçus à l'olfaction, il s'affirme par des flaveurs de confiture de mûres, d'épices douces et de chocolat noir. Il dévoile une bouche grasse qui se termine dans une finale assez soutenue.

Lively red and black fruit is made complex by aromas of violets and black pepper. Rich and spicy on the palate, with ripe tannins and a lingering finish.

Purplish ruby-red in colour, with a seductive nose that offers black fruit such as blueberries and blackberries along with a subtle floral touch that recalls lavender, all framed by sweet spices such as cloves and nutmeg from the oak. A light balsamic touch increases complexity. Fine tannins lend a velvety mouthfeel, while fresh acidity adds a fruity firmness. The flavours confirm that this is a nicely ripe and tremendously friendly wine that will continue to gain complexity over time, while its bright acidity predicts excellent longevity in the bottle.

Presenting a very attractive nose with notes of incense, rosemary and sweet tones that recall blueberry tart, this complex Syrah has a floral note of lavender. The velvety texture shows the elegance of its tannins. Match it with lamb chops in an herb and tomato pan sauce.
