Il y a une raison pour laquelle ce cabernet est le vin rouge le plus populaire dans la collection Les essentiels de VINTAGES. C'est qu'il est charnu et gorgé de saveurs de cerise noire, de cassis, de cèdre, de vanille et d'épices. ,,Il est tout aussi à l'aise avec un épais bifteck de faux-filet qu'un sandwich bifteck-fromage à la mode de Philadelphie.
Vin arborant une couleur rouge cerise foncé. Nez puissant qui s'ouvre sur des effluves de cerise confite, de noix de coco et de cassis. Il est aussi marqué par des parfums de cèdre. Prenez plaisir à savourer ce rouge démontrant une agréable fraîcheur et doté de tannins enrobés. Fidèle aux arômes perçus à l'olfaction, il s'affirme par des flaveurs de fruits noirs mûrs, de bois et de torréfaction. Il dévoile une bouche grasse qui se prolonge dans une finale assez soutenue.

On the nose are dark cherry, black currant and berry fruits, spicy cedar, vanilla and toasty notes. On the palate, the fruit follows through with full weight and a lingering intensity and balance from the tannins. Peak drinking now and through the next five years.
A deep ruby colour with rich purple hues. The aromas are of blackberry and plum with a hint of blueberry, and some chocolate and toasted oak overtones. On the palate, expect berries, chocolate and smoky toasted oak. The flavours are rich and full, with a soft, supple texture and a lingering finish.
Our Seven Oaks Cabernet is grown in our vineyards in the Estrella Hills area of Paso Robles, one of only three appellations in California that produce "world class" Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine has aromas and bouquets of cherry, blueberry, violets and vanilla. The flavours are lusciously full, balanced by firm tannins. A perfect companion to grilled beef, rich lasagna or dark chocolate truffles.
Ripe fruit aromas of black plum, blueberry and cherry mix with a bouquet of toasted pastry, anise, and vanilla from a year of barrel aging. An excellent companion to grilled beef, lasagna or dark chocolate truffles. Age up to six years.
