Ce chardonnay fermenté exclusivement en fût offre toute la richesse qu'on attend d'un vin californien, avec en prime une belle fraîcheur et un beau fruité ensoleillé. C'est un vin rond et crémeux, qui offre des notes de pain grillé beurré et de fruits tropicaux.,,Essayez-le avec une grillade de poulet ou des épis de maïs cuits sur le gril.

Robe de teinte jaune paille foncé. Nez assez puissant aux accents de poire, de melon miel, de noisette et de chêne grilé. Laissez-vous charmer par ce blanc possédant une acidité rafraîchissante. Il dévoile une texture grasse et une finale assez persistante.
