La famille Hope, propriétaire de Liberty School, a aidé à transformer le « Far West » qu'était Paso Robles en une destination formidable pour les amateurs de vin. Robe arborant une couleur rubis de bonne intensité. Nez puissant aux arômes de réglisse, de pâtisserie, de fruits noirs mûrs et de vanille. Montrant une agréable fraîcheur ce rouge est pourvu de tannins charnus. Fidèle aux arômes perçus à l'olfaction, il s'affirme par des flaveurs de pâtisserie, de pâtisserie et de petits fruits noirs. Sa texture ample se termine dans une finale persistante.

The aromatic complexity of this wine is very engaging; blackberry brambles, layered with dark cherry, chocolate and cassis combine in a way typical of Cabernet Sauvignon in its most pure expression.
