Note de dégustation

Le bouquet expressif est très caractéristique du pinot noir avec ses arômes de cerise mûre, de fruits noirs et de sous-bois relevés d'une vive note florale. La bouche reprend exactement les mêmes nuances. Mûr et excellent. À savourer avec le ragoût de boeuf cuit longuement à feu doux avec des shiitakes. Beaucoup de pinot noir pour le prix. A rich but focused wine, the 2012 Pinot Noir will age for five to seven years and pairs beautifully with flavoursome meats such as duck and venison with a side of roasted baby beets, wild rocket arugula and a goat's milk feta.
