Vifs arômes de pêche, de cantaloup, d'écorce d'orange et de fleurs d'agrumes. La bouche mi-corsée et plutôt ample révèle une texture souple et un noyau fruité mûr aux saveurs de mangue mûre. La finale présente une pointe de poivre blanc et de silex. Délicieux seul ou avec des pétoncles poêlés ou du thon frais noirci. (Comité VINTAGES, juin 2012)

92 points – Natalie MacLean. This bright white is very aromatic and vibrant with lots of welcomed acidity. It is floral with peach blossom and a bone dry finish. Food matches include seared scallops or blackened tuna steaks. The 2011 McManis Viognier was named Best of Class by the San Francisco Chronicle. A fine sipper to enjoy before the meal, it is a hit with Pacific Rim cuisine, grilled chicken or prawns.
