Un cabernet franc classique avec des arômes de framboise, de sucre brûlé, de feuille de tabac et de fines herbes, avec un soupçon de poivron vert. Sec et fruité en bouche avec une texture crémeuse. Un vin mi-corsé, bien équilibré, avec une belle finale persistante. Il peut être laissé au cellier pendant 2 ou 3 ans, ou dégusté dès ce soir avec du rosbif et des pommes de terre rôties aux fines herbes. (Comité VINTAGES, nov. 2010)
