Vin de couleur rouge violacé sombre. Nez aux accents de fruits noirs et de chocolat noir. Laissant percevoir une agréable fraîcheur ce rouge est muni de tannins étoffés. En rétro olfaction, il laisse percevoir des flaveurs de prune, de mûre et de torréfaction. En bouche, sa texture ample se termine dans une finale persistante.

Deep ruby red colour with garnet tints, presenting an intense bouquet, with the emergence at the start of fine ripe plum, blackcurrant and morello fruit, and a spiced finish of black pepper, vanilla and tobacco. Soft and enfolding in the mouth, with well-smoothed tannins and a pleasant chocolatey finish. Pairings with a fine companion for rare cooked red meat, game birds and mature cheese.
